WHO WE ARE
LNKX
Executive Producer & Co-Founder
Born on the island of Mauritius and raised in the U.S. since the age of three, LNKX brings a global perspective to every beat he curates. A lifelong lover of electronic music, he was one of the original co-founders of SerenityFM, an online radio station that championed trance, house, and electronic sounds in the early 2010s.
Today, LNKX serves as the Executive Producer of Open House Sessions, where he leads operations, co-curates the signature OHS sound, and manages the flow of unforgettable events. His Indo-African heritage draws him to the deep, tribal rhythms that have become a defining force in modern house music. He’s especially drawn to the fusion of heavy, driving beats with percussion, woodwind and string instruments, which bring an emotive, melodic layer to the set.
Inspired by artists such as Black Coffee, Keinemusik, Monolink, Shimza, Maz, Massuma, Foozak, Andot, and Sparrow & Barbossa, his style fuses Afro, melodic, and organic house with the sonic energy of Ibiza, Mykonos, and Tulum.
Whether behind the scenes or behind the decks, LNKX aims to bring that energy into every room, creating immersive experiences rooted in movement, soul, and connection.
JAXON JAMES
Resident DJ & Co-Founder
Born and raised in Hawaii, Jaxon James was practically raised behind the decks. With a father who’s been a DJ and radio personality his entire life and a grandfather who owned nightclubs and was close friends with Rick James—music isn’t just in his blood; it’s his inheritance. By the time he was tall enough to see over the turntables, Jaxon was already learning to blend records. His first gig came at 16, and a decade later, he continues that legacy with intention, soul, and an ear trained by generations of experience.
Grounded in the belief that “tracks should make love to each other,” Jaxon’s sound is a deep, soulful, and funk-rooted form of house music that emphasizes groove and emotional release. Drawing inspiration from legends like Carl Cox, Dennis Ferrer, Fatboy Slim, Louie Vega, and Derrick Carter, his sets are smooth, intentional, and never overwhelmed by effects—only guided by the rhythm. Jaxon aims to fuse timeless soul with modern production to bring dance floors something fresh yet familiar.
Outside of music, his philosophy is shaped by the teachings of Stoicism, which guide both his creative process and crowd control. “A good DJ plays what you want to hear,” his father told him, “but a great DJ plays what you didn’t know you needed to hear.” That mindset fuels every set—curated not just for the audience, but for the room, the energy, and the experience.

What Defines Our Vibe
Our sound is defined by a fusion of driving rhythms and organic textures. We’re drawn to tracks that layer tribal percussion with emotive instrumentation— where heavy beats are elevated by classical elements like the piano, saxophone, guitar, and violin.
